Concept Hotel

This project was designed for the client as a mock up to show what the units could look like. We had priced the remodel based on the concept drawings. This project was unique in that we had a budget that we were working with and designed based on the projected pricing. We were using reverse engineering on this project and using the budget as a driving force for the designs all while making sure that the space was still usuable and functional.

The end resulted in a space that was beautiful but budget friendly. The entire building required an overhaul, so this work was completed in phases while keeping in mind all the other spaces that would be a continuation of the units themselves, ie: common area, restaurant, giftshop, front entrance and reception area, etc.
